Quality Policy

The Quality Policy of CAMERI – Coastal and Marine Engineering Research Institute, (“The Company”), is to supply our customers with services appropriate to their requirements/expectations, as set down in agreements and contracts with them, on time, at a fair price and efficiently carried out.

The Company is committed to abide by the demands of the Applicability Law, the demands and requirements of the national authorities, Israel Standard ISO 9001, the Technion and the Israel Ports Authority.

The Company’s management and its employees view quality as the central goal that is essential to the Company’s ability to succeed in the competitive market.

The Company management sees itself committed to professionalism, maintaining the principle of impartiality, and to providing a high level of quality for those services it supplies to its customers.

The Company’s management understands that quality is created by its employees and accordingly strives to create proper working conditions by providing a proper working environment as regards to matters of safety, human resources, lighting, ventilation and noise protection in order to enable our employees to implement their work.

The Company ensures creating an advanced human and professional infrastructure, that safeguards a high level of current knowledge to enable its employees to carry out their tasks and insists on making available the information necessary for their tasks.

In order to supply uninterrupted quality, the Company’s management works to continuously improve in all fields of its activities, to carry out efficient measurements of system performance and customer satisfaction and to match organizational and operational activities to achieve the goals of the quality system and is committed to constant improvement.
