The Israeli Coastal and Marine Engineering Research Institute was established in 1976 by the Technion and The Israeli Ports Company (IPC) and has become the leading research institute in Israel dedicated to Physical Oceanography Modeling and Research.
Company Overview
For the past 4 decades, CAMERI leads the Marine and Coastal engineering research in Israel and is widely recognized as a national champion with expertise in three main intertwined topics:
- Development and operation of physical data collection in the coastal and marine zones.
- Development and operation of Modeling (numerical and physical) in the marine engineering domain.
- Planning, execution and supervision of basic research in the domain of marine engineering.
Our vision
Lead coastal and marine engineering research for a sustainable blue growth towards Israeli centennial independence year 2048 and beyond.
